- Should you want your permanent self-exclusion lifted, it is mandatory to complete Self Exclusion Counselling Sessions with a Treatment Professional at the National Responsible Gaming Program (NRGP).
- Requests for upliftment of the self-exclusion order will only be considered once the self-exclusion order has been in force for a period of six months and the player proves that he or she has attended counselling sessions with one of the NGRP Treatment Professionals.
